Camino a Pardos Garnacha

Camino a Pardos Garnacha. Variedad Garnacha de Viñas Viejas seleccionadas de entre 80 y 110 años. Vino bajo la D.O Calatayud. Crianza 8 meses sobre lías.

Color: Capa media-alta. Limpio y brillante. Rojo picota con ribete violáceo. Buena densidad con lágrima en el borde de la copa lenta y separada.

Nariz: Expresivo, atractivo y sugerente. Complejo, ligeramente perfumado. Fruta con madera bastante presente que le aporta carácter y madurez. Frutos rojos y negros maduros, bayas.

Paladar: De paso intenso, goloso y con carácter. Buena textura, sabroso, persistencia media-alta con un final que deja buena sensación.

Alcohol: 14,5%.

Temperatura de servicio: 14º-16ºC.

Color: Medium-high layer. Clean and bright. Cherry red with violet rim. Good density with slow and separate tears on the edge of the glass.

Nose: Expressive, attractive and suggestive. Complex, slightly perfumed. Fruit with a fairly present wood that gives it character and maturity. Ripe red and black fruits, berries.

Palate: Intense, sweet and with character. Good texture, tasty, medium-high persistence with a finish that leaves a good feeling.

Alcohol content: 14.5% ABV.

Serving temperature: 14ºC-16ºC.
